NotaryCam provides online access to professionally licensed and certified notaries to eliminate the need for you to visit a notary in person.
To use NotaryCam, you will need the PDF file of your form, your government issued ID, and a device with a webcam to meet with the notary online.
The notary fee is $25 per seal for signers located within the US and $79 per seal for signers located outside the US. You will have the option to meet on demand with our notary or to schedule an appointment for a later time. The notaries will guide you through the online notarization process.

For real-estate closings, our Certified Signing Agents are ready and available to meet with you anytime between 7 AM – Midnight Eastern time/7 days a week.
Do not sign your document before you upload it to NotaryCam. We use electronic signing (e-signing) technology that requires no additional hardware on your end, just your keyboard. When you are in session with a notary, you will e-sign by typing your name onto the document. We embed a number of security features into the document to protect the validity of your signature. The legal validity of e-signatures is well established by the ESIGN Act of 2000 and UETA.
