Texas Secretary of State Releases Revised Notary Rules

Exciting news- today, the Texas SOS released the revised notary rules. Chapter 87 of Title, Part 4 of the Texas Administrative Code contains administrative rules for Texas notaries public, including online notaries. The rules will be effective on Sunday, August 19, 2018.
