Apostilles

Do you need an Apostille? NotaryCam can help…

When a document is to be used in a foreign country, it may be necessary to authenticate the notarization or certification via an apostille.    The sole function of the apostille is to certify the authenticity of the signature on the document; the capacity in which the person signing the document acted; and the identity of any stamp or seal affixed to the document.

The Apostille surcharge is $100 plus the cost of shipping the notarized document and apostille to you or your recipient.  Typical turnaround time is one week.  Let your notary know at the start of your session if you will need an apostille.

**We have been advised by the Secretary of Commonwealth they are now closed to the public indefinitely due to the COVID-19 virus. Currently they will still be accepting Authentications Requests via mail, however, due to this closure current processing and receipt from the Secretary of Commonwealth is around 20 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your patience in this matter**
