By clicking on the link below and viewing the video, you do hereby release and discharge NotaryCam, Inc, with an address of 2901 W Coast Hwy, Ste 200, Newport Beach CA 92663, including its employees and affiliates, from third-party claims, demands, damages, or suits (“Claims”) brought by the participants (e.g.. the notary, signer, witness) of this recorded notarization session (the “Video”) as a result NotaryCam’s release of the Video to you. It is understood and agreed that this Release is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of said Claims and that the terms of this Release are contractual and not merely a recital. This Release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the state of the notary’s commission.
