When submitting your request, you can choose from among six (6) available appointments. Once the timeframe is chosen, the system will automatically schedule your signing with the notary.

Note: Specific times requested in the “Notes to Notary” section will not tie into the scheduling process.

Please note submission timelines:

SAME-DAY requests must be submitted by 1:00 PM ET on the day of the signing request.
NEXT-DAY requests must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET on the day before the signing request.
Signing requests for SATURDAY and SUNDAY must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET on FRIDAY.
- Requests submitted after 5:00 PM ET will not be scheduled for the same weekend.

We encourage you to submit your signing request as far in advance as possible.

NotaryCam will be reaching out to confirm an appointment time for you to meet virtually with an NNA Certified Signing Agent. For your closing, you may be located anywhere in the world, as long as you have access to a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam and a reliable internet connection. Please install Google Chrome as it is the recommended web browser for NotaryCam.

After NotaryCam has confirmed your appointment with you, you will be emailed a meeting link to click on to join your Signing Agent at the virtual closing table. They will walk you through identity verification and signing of all documents, providing the finals to us upon completion.
