Notarization and Apostille Request

Welcome to NotaryCam and thank you for trusting us to execute your notarization and Apostille request. An apostille is a legal certification that makes a document from one country valid in another.

First you will meet with a Notary who will assist you with esigning and then notarizing the document. Standard pricing for notarization of your document is due at the time of service. After your notarization, an Apostille Coordinator will contact you to begin the processing of your Apostille request. At that time you will receive a separate invoice for the apostille.

The charges for the Apostille are as follows:

Standard Processing: $100 for the 1 Apostille, $50 each after + shipping.
Rush Processing: $200.00 for 1, $85.00 for each additional + shipping.

The Apostille takes about 12-15 business days to receive back from the state.
